After experiencing the routines of large bankruptcy firms, and witnessing their lack of personal service, I decided to start my own legal practice. I want my clients to know that, as their bankruptcy attorney, I am available when they need me. My clients' needs are of the utmost importance. I focus on personal service and strive to meet the needs of my clients.

In addition to the strong relationship I build with clients, I also have less overhead costs, which results in more competitive fees. My goal is to provide my clients with affordable, high-quality service. Providing my clients with the level of comfort and communication they deserve, while attaining the maximum advantage during the bankruptcy is my mission.

I have the experience clients need; having filed hundreds of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. I have also submitted several Chapter 13 bankruptcy plans that obtained confirmations after Trustee's recommendations. Through 341 meeting of creditors and 2004 examinations, I have represented hundreds of clients.

I have stood before each and every Bankruptcy Court judge in the Federal Bankruptcy Court of Arizona, rigorously supporting my clients with firm diligence and sincerity.
